However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/exchanged. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a full exchange of your item(s) at EQUAL or LESSER value. We do not offer refunds on item(s) purchased.
In order to honor an exchange, all returned items must be in new conditions. If the item is not returned in new condition, your exchange will not be issued. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please email email@example.com with your request and give reason for exchange.
Items must be returned unworn , unwashed, no damage, unused and unaltered.
No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

Please note customers are responsible for paying all shipping cost for your returned/exchanged item(s). Once your exchange item and shipping cost has been received and item is approved, we will process and ship your new item(s) within 1 - 3 business days.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time it may take for you to receive your item may vary. When your new item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Items marked FINAL SALE
Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
Visibly Worn items
Items outside of policy window
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be delivered again.
